Jamie Paterson's return to Swansea City seems unlikely as his future remains uncertain. Now a free agent after his contract expired, the 32-year-old has not signed a new deal offered by Swansea and hasn't participated in pre-season preparations. He scored 17 goals in 109 appearances since joining in 2021, and eight goals last season.
