Summer is winding down (and there might even be some rain on the horizon!), but September is packed with things to look forward to.

Miriam Margolyes brings her outspoken new show to the city, Operation Mincemeat storms into the Grand Theatre for a week, and there's the Gower Walking Festival, the Swansea Bay 10k and plenty more to get you outdoors as autumn edges in.

Former F1 rivals and McLaren teammates sit down for an evening of racing stories from the track and beyond, with a Q&A for fans to put their own questions to two genuine motorsport legends.
