TOGETHER WITH

Good morning, Swansea! This is the Swansea Scoop - the newsletter that’s like beating the bank holiday traffic 😌

I hope you’re all enjoying the long weekend (in spite of the weather doing its usual August bank holiday thing). Summer might be coming to an end, but we’re going out with a bang with loads of fun over the next week including annual favourites like the Swansea International Jazz Festival and Gower Bike Ride.

Plus, there's everything from a BBQ on the bay to boot sales, a motorcycle show, free Cadw open days, live comedy nights, and tons more.

Whatever you're up to, have a good one and I'll catch you on Wednesday!

Andrew.

P.S. Over 11,000 Swansea locals read the Scoop! Know someone who’d enjoy it? Forward this email to them and ask them to subscribe for free.

Now in its 22nd year, the festival brings nearly 40 expertly guided walks across the Gower Peninsula - from gentle seafront strolls to more challenging hikes.

There's something for everyone: family walks (kids go free with an adult!) and themed routes covering singing, poetry, history, jazz, football and even a free beach clean.
